How much does a season membership cost?
Season memberships start at $4,500 per seat. Pricing varies based on membership level and seat location (aisle or non-aisle). A minimum purchase of two seats is required per season membership.
Is a season membership transferable?
You are welcome to gift tickets, privately arrange with friends or colleagues to cover the cost, or donate them. Exception to this is if an artist requests a non-transferable show.
Can I pay for my season membership in installments?
Yes, flexible payment plans are available. Contact the Premium Sales Department directly by calling 313-471-7313 or submit an inquiry form and a representative will contact you within 48 hours with more details.
Are food and drinks included with my season membership purchase?
Yes, your season membership includes a complimentary à la carte dinner and drinks (select non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, and liquor) available from door time until the main act takes the stage.
Dietary Requirements: For more information and assistance, visit the Guest Services Offices located within the East and West plazas. For inquiries prior to an event, please email sbacevicius@Levyrestaurants.com.

Can I resell my tickets for shows that I can not attend?
Tickets cannot be posted for resale and are subject to retraction. You are welcome to gift tickets, privately arrange with friends or colleagues to cover the cost, or donate them.
Can I bring guests with me into to VIP club?
The primary contact on a season membership account can request guest passes to the MotorCity Casino & Hotel VIP Club per show. Availability is limited, and price varies per show. These requests take place by contacting your 313 Presents Service Representative.
All guests entering the VIP Club must have a valid event ticket with MotorCity Casino & Hotel VIP Club access on your ticket.

How much does it cost to rent a party box?
Box pricing starts at $1800, with variations based on the show, location, and number of seats.
Can I bring extra people in the party box with me?
All guests must have a valid box ticket—no exceptions. You may purchase up to four (8) additional bonus box tickets prior to your event, based on availability. For more information and pricing, please contact your 313 Presents Service Team Representative.
