Pine Knob Music Theatre

• ENTRANCES
  Before guests are permitted entry into Pine Knob Music Theatre, they must go through one of our three security screening processes. The three different types of screening that are utilized include magnetometers, hand wands, or pat downs. Should guests not be able to use any of these devices for health reasons, please ask a Crowd Manager for alternative options.
• INTERPRETERS
  Hearing impaired guests may request the services of an interpreter by prior to attending an event by submitting a request at 313Presents.com/InterpreterRequests. Request should be submitted at least four weeks prior to the show date for which the interpreter is needed. 
• LISTENING DEVICES
  For guests who require them, Assisted Listening Devices are available to be checked out at the Guest Service Offices at the Ally East & UWM West Plaza.
• PARKING
  Accessible parking is located outside the Ally East entrance, near light poles labeled 1A & 1B. The “South Drive” entrance (just south of the marquee sign) is primarily for guests with disabilities and upgraded parking. We encourage guests with disabilities to enter Pine Knob Music Theatre via the Trinity Health VIP or Ally East Entrance, as there are no stairs required to access the pavilion or lawn from those entries.
• SEATING
  • To upgrade from lawn tickets to pavilion accessible seating, a Guest Relations Supervisor can help arrange seating in our accessible areas at the box office. Note, availability and cost differences may apply depending on the event.
  • The accessible seating area is mainly located in the rear of the pavilion, with raised platforms in the left and left center sections, priced as pavilion tickets. One companion seat can be purchased with the accessible seat. Additional companion seats, if available, are in rows ahead of the accessible section. Seats behind the right or center sections are priced at the lawn rate.
  • Guests aren't required to sit during the performance, and those in accessible lawn seats may be obstructed by standing guests.

• WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS
  Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter the Ally East or Trinity Health VIP accessible entries and speak to a Guest Relations colleague. They will escort you to your seat via wheelchair, or to any other location that you need assistance accessing (restroom, concession stand, etc.).
• WILL CALL/TICKET PICKUP
  Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Box Office near the Ally East Entrance. This can be accessed on the outside or inside of the venue for any ticket situation. If you are at the Trinity Health VIP gate, you can speak to a Guest Relations colleague to retrieve your Will Call tickets for you and return them to you.

• BAGS LARGER THAN 4” X 6” X 1.5” INCLUDING BAGS ASSOCIATED WITH LAPTOPS, TABLETS, CAMERAS AND BINOCULARS ARE PROHIBITED.
  Single compartment bags, wallets, clutches, fannie packs, and clear bags smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
• Exceptions to this policy include: Bags required for dietary or medical necessity. Medical necessity includes Diaper bags, Oxygen, Insulin, Epi-pens and other medical devices.  Medical or diaper bags must measure smaller than 16” x 16" x 8".

There are three box office locations inside Pine Knob Music Theatre. Ally East Box Office, UWM West Box Office and there is also a box office next to the Trinity Health VIP entrance for season ticket holders.

TICKET LIMIT POLICY
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a show is restricted to the published ticket limit of that show. Most events have an 8 ticket limit. The ticket limit can be viewed on the individual event page through the Ticketmaster website. This applies for the entire duration a show is on-sale and includes all points of purchase. 313 Presents reserves the right to cancel ticket limits on specific shows or offers at any time that exceed the policy. There is a four event per transaction limit (or a maximum of 32 tickets). If you wish to purchase more than four events, we politely ask that you get back in line (if applicable).

General Parking

Premier Parking

• Upgrade and park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time! A ticket to our Premier Parking Lot includes one parking spot close to the venue entrance. Limited spaces available. 
• Parking lot opens 3 hours prior to show time.
• Upgraded parking tickets are available for purchase up until 4 p.m. on event day.
• Premier parking passes are non-transferable, limit 2 passes for purchase per person.

Trinity Health VIP Parking

• Parking in the Trinity Health VIP Lot is available for Season Membership ticket holders only and is accessible from the South Drive or Pine Knob Rd Entrances.
• Trinity Health VIP parking is not sold on an individual show basis. Only guests with a Trinity Health VIP parking pass will receive access to this lot. Tickets sold on the secondary market are not season memberships and therefore do not include a VIP Parking pass.

Yes, guests are allowed to tailgate/picnic before most events. Alcohol is not allowed in the parking lot due to local township ordinances.

• Outside food and beverage of any kind is prohibitted (except for religious, dietary or for medical necessity) 
• Bottled water in a single, clear, factory-sealed plastic container that is 20 ounces or less is permitted. A single, crushable, empty plastic water bottle that is 20 ounces or less is also permitted.

The doors for events at Pine Knob Music Theatre open 90 minutes before the scheduled show start.

Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including the use of tobacco products and cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, cigars, and marijuana.

• Cameras with detachable lenses shorter than eight (8) inches are permitted. 
• Video and/or sound recording devices including tri-pods, mono-pods, GoPro, Google Glass, and eyeglass video recording devices are prohibted.

There are two giant live-action video walls located on both sides of the stage and Three 9’ X 12’ video screens mounted on top of the rear of the pavilion for lawn patrons.

Set times for each show varies, and are subject to change.

All events at Pine Knob Music Theatre are “Rain or Shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. We encourage you to check our social media channels and the 313Presents.com news section for updates.

Rideshare/Drop-Off is allowed in the UWM West Entrance Parking Lot parking lot. Vehicles must enter the South Drive and exit through Pine Knob Road.

To access the Rideshare/Pick-Up area, vehicles must enter the South Drive and enter their first left into the Rideshare Lot. Passengers will meet the rideshare near Pole Z.

Pine Knob Music Theatre is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To provide these types of experiences, we have standards and expectations for all guests and visitors. The Guest Code of Conduct outlines those expectations and policies.

• Treat everyone with respect and dignity by displaying proper etiquette as outlined below. Guests should refrain from any action that disrupts other guests' enjoyment of the event
• Do not engage in any unruly behavior, including obscene gestures, derogatory, vulgar, biased or abusive language directed at guests, venue personnel, artists, or anyone else. This includes the use of such language, actions or gestures concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage violence, a confrontation or threat of physical harm
• Refrain from wearing any clothing or displaying signage/products that contains obscene or indecent messages or signs. Pine Knob Music Theatre reserves the right to prohibit anything deemed inappropriate
• Do not fight, throw objects or attempt to enter or interfere with the performance area
• Consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and avoid intoxication, diminished capacity or impairment by alcohol or drugs. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to consume alcoholic beverages
• Sit only in your ticketed seat and show your ticket when asked by venue personnel
• Do not exit with the expectation to re-enter the venue after scanning of tickets
• Refrain from smoking in non-smoking areas
• Guests must comply with reasonable requests from venue personnel. Those who refuse may be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets and possible arrest and/or prosecution. Guests are encouraged to visit either Guest Services Office within the Ally East and UWM West plazas.

Little Caesars Arena, the Fox Theatre, Pine Knob Music Theatre, Meadow Brook Amphitheatre, Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre and Comerica Park have partnered with and gained certification with KultureCity, making all events hosted at the venues sensory inclusive. This initiative promotes an accommodating and positive experience for all guests and fans with sensory needs. Event staff are trained by leading medical professionals on how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to best handle a sensory overload situation.

Sensory bags, equipped with noise canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue card are available to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe cancelling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available. Guests wishing to check out sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which will be returned upon receipt of the sensory items in the same condition. Sensory items are available at the Guest Service Office near the Ally East plaza and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are provided free of charge.

• Guests are permitted to bring collapsable chairs or beach chairs that are not metal and do not exceed 12” from the ground to the bottom of the seat when unfolded. This is subject to change based on different tour or show requests therefore there may be some events in which chairs are not permitted. 
• Due to our no-bag policy, any bags that accompany chairs are not permitted.
• Lawn chairs are available for rent for $10 plus a $5 refundable deposit. Locations are inside the UWM West Entrance and near the Trinity Health VIP Entrance.

The Guest Relations office and information booth is located directly inside the Ally East & UWM West Plazas.

During an event, found items are turned into the Guest Services Offices in the Ally East & UWM West Plazas. Guests may inquire about items at any point during the event. After an event, guests can click this link to submit a missing item form.
