Wheelchairs

  • Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs and other powered mobility devices to Pine Knob Music Theatre.
  • Wheelchairs are available at each entrance for transportation to and from the seating areas. Upon entry to the venue, please ask an event colleague for wheelchair assistance and they will be happy to help you.
  • Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during events.
  • Please be aware that wheelchairs are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Therefore, during periods of heavy volume, guests may be asked to wait until a wheelchair becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the doors.
  • Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter the Ally East or Trinity Health VIP accessible entries and speak to a Guest Relations colleague. They will escort you to your seat via wheelchair, or to any other location that you need assistance accessing (restroom, concession stand, etc.).
