Parking Policies & Hours

• All locations are credit card only. No in/out privileges or overnight parking.
• Parking opens 3 hours before events and closes 2 hours after (unless otherwise posted).
• Rates and availability vary based on events in The District Detroit.
• Oversized vehicles are not permitted. Charter buses should park on Fisher Service Drive between Woodward Ave. and Brush St.

Accessible Parking & Drop-Off

• Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at all District Detroit parking locations. The Comerica Garage and 61 E. Elizabeth Lot are the closest accessible parking options.
• The accessible drop-off and pick-up area is on Woodward Ave. between Montcalm St. and Columbia St.
• Rideshare drop-off is located on the eastbound Fisher Service Drive next to St. Johns Church. Lyft is the Official Rideshare Partner of Fox Theatre.
