(DETROIT – September 28, 2026) – Audacy’s 99.5 WYCD Detroit’s Country (WYCD-FM) will host its annual 99.5 WYCD Hoedown at Pine Knob Music Theatre on Friday, June 25. The event will feature a headlining performance by Multi-PLATINUM, ACM and CMA Award-winning singer-songwriter Riley Green as part of his “That’s Just Me Tour” with special guests Muscadine Bloodline, Jake Worthington, along with Hannah McFarland. Pine Knob Music Theatre is presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Trinity Health and Ally.

As part of the tour announcement, Green is partnering with local schools across the country to bring his “Friday Night Lights” spirit directly into the communities where he’ll perform. The collaboration reflects a personal connection for Green, who played football in high school and was a quarterback at Jacksonville State University before becoming a country music star making this initiative a natural extension of the values and experiences that have shaped his career. Schools are putting their own creative spin on Green’s music through band performances, pep rallies with choreographed cheer and dance routines, Riley-inspired banners, original artwork and student-led content inspired by Friday night football traditions. The initiative gives back in a meaningful way, with Green donating $1 from every ticket sold to each participating school to support students and school programs; the remaining $2 of ticket proceeds will support the Buford Bonds Charitable Fund. Student-created content was also featured in the official tour announcement, making local communities an integral part of the next chapter of Green’s live touring career.

The tour announcement comes on the heels of Green’s highly anticipated fourth studio album, That’s Just Me, which has earned critical acclaim from The New York Times, Billboard, and more. The 19-track album features five solo writes, including the breakout single “My Way,” which debuted on CBS’ Marshals, and was recently performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and on the TODAY Show’s Summer Concert Series. That’s Just Me is a deeply personal and multifaceted body of work that captures the many sides of Green as both an artist and songwriter.
