Assala To Perform At The Fox Theatre October 31

Known for her commanding voice, emotional performances and timeless tarab-inspired sound, Assala remains one of the most celebrated artists in the Arabic-speaking world. The concert will feature fan-favorite hits spanning her decades-long career, including songs from her breakthrough 1991 album Law Ta'rafou as well as contemporary classics performed across multiple Arabic dialects including Syrian, Egyptian and Khaleeji.

Born in Syria, Assala Nasri began performing at an early age under the guidance of her father, acclaimed composer and singer Mostafa Nasri. She has released more than 20 albums over the course of her career. Her 2006 release Hayati became one of Rotana's best-selling albums, further cementing her status as a leading voice in Arab music.
