Renowned for his powerhouse performances, he has quietly emerged as one of the biggest ticket-sellers in the culture, leading the pack for the touring industry. Given the overwhelming demand for shows, he will embark on a 25-city excursion, including Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, Detroit, Brooklyn, Chicago, Charlotte, Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta, and more. The Mainstay Touring produced run kicks off on September 12 in Philadelphia, rolls through the South, Midwest, East Coast, and West Coast, and closes out in Atlanta on November 18.

Earlier this week, Rod announced the release of his anxiously awaited seventh full-length album, Don't Look Down, out August 28 via Alamo Records.

Welcoming audiences into the multi-dimensional world of the record, he recently dropped the Official Album Trailer -- which he personally starred in alongside Gold Globe nominated actor Danny Hudson (Succession, Yellowstone, Wonder Woman) and produced through his own production company Mainstay Films.

Don't Look Down notably marks his first full-length offering since 2024's acclaimed Last Lap. The latter bowed at #2 on the Billboard 200, notching his fifth consecutive Top 3 entry on the respective chart and netting his fourth straight #1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart too!

Following a momentous 2025, Rod has rolled into 2026 as hot as ever. At the moment, he consistently averages over 82.3 million weekly streams. Moreover, he closed out last year as "the third most-streamed artist in the U.S. on Audiomack and in the Top 15 of overall on-demand audio artists." Not to mention, he sold out every date of his arena headline tour, The Redemption Experience. He also garnered a nomination at the 2026 GRAMMY® Awards in the category of "Best Song Written for Visual Video" for "Sinners," the title track and lead single from the 2x-time 83rd Golden Globe Award-winning, Ryan Coogler epic box office smash Sinners.
