DETROIT (Aug. 19, 2026) – Official travel packages are available now for the CareSource Invitational, giving fans the opportunity to secure hotel accommodations and game tickets for the Thanksgiving Day Showdown between Arkansas and Michigan State at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

The Razorbacks and Spartans will meet Thursday, Nov. 26 at 4:30 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast nationally on The CBS Television Network and available to stream live on Paramount+.
Official travel packages include game tickets and hotel accommodations in downtown Detroit near Little Caesars Arena, giving fans an easy way to experience one of college basketball's premier early-season matchups.
The CareSource Invitational will feature two programs coming off Sweet 16 appearances in the 2026 NCAA Tournament. Arkansas and Michigan State are also expected to be among the nation's top teams entering the 2026-27 season, with both programs appearing in early national rankings. Michigan State is ranked No. 9 by ESPN, No. 5 by CBS Sports and No. 4 by Sports Illustrated, while Arkansas is ranked No. 10 by ESPN, No. 11 by CBS Sports and No. 7 by Sports Illustrated.
Michigan State and Arkansas met last season in East Lansing, with the Spartans earning a 69-66 victory.
The CareSource Invitational continues CBS Sports' Thanksgiving Day college basketball tradition. Arkansas' 2024 Thanksgiving Day matchup against Illinois averaged 5.1 million viewers, while last year's Arkansas-Duke game averaged 6.81 million viewers, making it the most-watched regular-season college basketball game since 1993.
