Grammy® Award-Winning Global Superstars The Chicks Bring Their Highly Anticipated Return To The Road This Summer With “The Chicks Tour” With Special Guest Patty Griffin To Pine Knob Music Theatre June 22

(DETROIT – February 28, 2022) – Today, the 13-time Grammy® award-winning, multi-platinum selling global superstars, The Chicks announced their highly anticipated return to the road with “The Chicks Tour,” set for summer 2022. Produced by Live Nation, the 27-city tour will visit Pine Knob Music Theatre on Wednesday, June 22 at 7:30 p.m. Pine Knob Music Theatre is presented by Proud Partners United Wholesale Mortgage, Trinity Health and Ally.

Tickets (starting at $40 on the lawn) go on sale on Friday, March 4 at 10 a.m. at 313Presents.com, LiveNation.com, Ticketmaster.com and the XFINITY Box Office at Little Caesars Arena.

The tour kicks off on June 14 at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in St. Louis, MO making stops across North America in Chicago, Toronto, Boston, back-to-back nights in Los Angeles and more before wrapping up in George, WA at The Gorge on August 13.  

Joining The Chicks Tour as support acts this summer, the band is pleased to announce 2X Grammy® award- winner and 7X nominee, singer/songwriter Patty Griffin who will open dates beginning on June 14 in St. Louis, MO at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre through the July 16 Alpharetta, GA show at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. Griffin will rejoin the tour beginning on August 5 at the USANA Amphitheatre in Salt Lake City through the final show set for August 13 at The Gorge in George, WA. Indie-rock icon Jenny Lewis is set to join The Chicks Tour for six special dates beginning July 23 at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in San Diego, CA through the Red Rocks performance on August 2 in Morrison, CO.  

The Chicks are also proud to announce they are partnering with environmental nonprofit, REVERB.org to make this year’s tour more environmentally sustainable while engaging fans to take action for people and the planet.  At each show, The Chicks/REVERB Action Village will be set be set up for fans to take action on important environmental and social causes, fill up at the free #RocknRefill water stations, and more. After nearly 14 years, The Chicks released their fifth studio album Gaslighter to rave reviews in July 2020 via Columbia Records. The 12-track record was co-produced by award-winning singer-songwriter, producer, and close friend of the band Jack Antonoff.
