Live Nation Refund Policy FAQ’s

Canceled Events

  • All tickets for canceled shows purchased on the primary ticketing platform will be available for full refunds inclusive of service charges, where applicable. The cost of expedited shipping and merchandise will not be refunded.
  • Ticket holders who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

Rescheduled Shows

  • Tickets will automatically be valid for the new date, unless you opt for a refund within 30 days of the new show date being announced.
  • Notification emails to ticket holders will begin May 1, 2020.
  • Should a ticket holder not elect a refund within the 30-day window, the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.  After this 30-day window closes, the tickets are no longer available for refund.
  • Ticket holders who purchased tickets through a resale platform or distribution partner will need to seek a refund from such resale platform or distribution partner.

Postponed Shows

  • Postponed shows are those that are still in process of being rescheduled and assigned a new date.  These shows will be made available for refunds when a new date is announced.  If the show is not rescheduled within 60 days from the date is was publicly postponed, the 30-day window for refunds will open at that time.
  • Upon confirmation of a new date or expiration of the 60-day period, the same procedure for rescheduled shows should be followed as outlined above

How do I get my refund according to the policy set forth for Live Nation if I purchased at the box office?

Due to Governor Whitmer’s Stay Home. Stay Safe. Executive Order, the box office is currently closed.  Once the order is lifted, and the Little Caesars Arena XFINITY Box Office is open, guests will have 30 days from the day the box office opens to receive refunds per the Live Nation policy outlined above.

I have a ticket to a show that is not promoted by Live Nation what do I do?

Given the refund policy is not industry-wide, we ask that you hold onto your tickets as we continue to work diligently with additional promoters to provide a new event date.  We do appreciate your patience and will communicate as we solidify dates and refund policies for these shows.

How do I know whether a show I have tickets for is promoted by Live Nation?

Most tickets include the promoter information in the headline of the ticket.  If your ticket does not include this information you may contact the box office by email at [email protected] or by calling at 313-471-7929.
