Soundgarden and Pearl Jam were both part of Lollapalooza in 1992 and both would subsequently return as headliners. Foo Fighters’ only stop, in 2015, found frontman Dave Grohl playing from a custom-made "throne" after breaking his leg two months earlier during a performance in Sweden.
