Accessibility Services

Accessible Parking

  • Parking for guests needing accessible parking is located outside the Ally East entrance to the venue, near light poles labeled 1A & 1B. The entrance just south of the marquee sign is our “South Drive” and is primarily for guests with disabilities and upgraded parking. We encourage guests with disabilities to enter Pine Knob Music Theatre via the Trinity Health VIP or Ally East Entrance, as there are no stairs required to access the pavilion or lawn from those entries.

Accessible Entry

  • Before guests are permitted entry into Pine Knob Music Theatre, they must go through one of our three security screening processes. The three different types of screening that are utilized include magnetometers, hand wands, or pat downs. Should guests not be able to use any of these devices for health reasons, please ask a Crowd Manager for alternative options.

Wheelchair Escorts

  • Guests who require a wheelchair escort can enter the Ally East or Trinity Health VIP accessible entries and speak to a Guest Relations colleague. They will escort you to your seat via wheelchair, or to any other location that you need assistance accessing (restroom, concession stand, etc.).

Ticket Pickup

  • If your tickets are in Will Call, please visit the Box Office near the Ally East Entrance. This can be accessed on the outside or inside of the venue for any ticket situation. If you are at the Trinity Health VIP gate, you can speak to a Guest Relations colleague to retrieve your Will Call tickets for you and return them to you.

Accessible Seating

  • If you have lawn tickets and would like to upgrade to pavilion accessible seating, you will need to speak with a Guest Relations Supervisor and they will be able to assist you by going to the box office and arranging for you to be seated in one of our accessible areas. Please note, availability may differ by event and may result in paying the difference for the pavilion seats (versus lawn seats).

  • The accessible seating locations at Pine Knob Music Theatre are located in the rear of the pavilion. There are raised platforms located in the left and left center sections of the pavilion, which are priced as a pavilion ticket. One companion seat may be purchased along with the accessible seat. Additional companion seats may be purchased but are in the rows ahead of the accessible section, if available. Guests may also purchase tickets to sit behind the right or center sections. These tickets are priced at the lawn price. Please be aware that guests are not required to sit in their seats during the performance and guests who choose the accessible lawn seats may be obstructed by other guests who are standing. For assistance purchasing accessible seats or companion seats, please call the Box Office at 313-471-7929.

What is the smoking policy?

Proposed Language

Little Caesars Arena is a smoke-free venue, smoking and vaping are prohibited.

Guests that violate the smoking policy are subject to ejection from the venue.

Re-entry is prohibited.

  • For Detroit Pistons and Detroit Red Wings, I think we should create permanent signage that could be posted year round at each entrance, each suite, and each restroom.  We currently have not observed a significant increase in smoking at sports games, but we are required by the leagues to post signage.
  • For Concerts, I think we will need to create temporary signage that could be placed in the parking structures and lots, entrances, restrooms, suites, and concourse areas where food and beverage are sold.  Certain concerts are where we have observed the most significant increase, my recommendation is that we target these October events.
    • Queen and Adam Lambert
    • Eagles
    • Kirk Franklin
    • KISS
    • Rod Wave
    • The 1975

Can I bring a camera?

Generally, professional cameras, tablets, audio recorders and video recorders are not permitted at Pine Knob Music Theatre; this policy, however, is altered to accommodate the preference of the artist or show. To inquire if professional cameras, tablets, audio or video recorders are permitted for a particular event, please contact us at 313-471-7000. For select performances, a strict no camera policy will be enforced and guests will be informed.

When are set times for my event?

Set times for each show varies, and are subject to change.

How do I contact Lost And Found?
